The Jeep® Renegade is the first compact SUV to feature 9-speed automatic transmission that improves
driving comfort and performance by monitoring temperature, speed and electronic stability control activation
and offering more than 20 individual shift maps for specific road conditions. This gearbox system guarantees
a more responsive driving experience with quicker acceleration and smoother shifting, ideal for highway driving.

The Jeep® Selec-Terrain® traction control system allows you to choose from five modes - Auto, Snow, Sport, Sand/Mud, and Rock - to tackle any road or weather condition.

Hill Descent Control (HDC) enables smooth and controlled hill descent on rough or slippery terrains without the need to touch the brake pedal. The Jeep®Active Drive system is fully automatic and delivers seamless transition in and out of four-wheel drive, at any speed. This system requires no driver intervention, delivers yaw correction during dynamic events and improves both understeer and oversteer conditions. (Only on AWD)
